There are several class action lawsuits arising from the COVID-19 crisis. Notably, no two lawsuits appear to be quite the same. The facts and parties to these lawsuits represent a variety of industries and consumers across the country. This is not to say that more industries will not see similar litigation in the months to come. There have been over 100 class action lawsuits filed since the start of the pandemic. As America tries to reopen its economy, there are sure to be several bumps and pleadings along the way.
