Nathaniel T. Smith hails from Cleveland, Ohio. After graduating from high school ranked sixth in a class of three hundred, his fascination with American History led him to conduct his undergraduate studies at the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. After earning his Bachelor’s degree, Mr. Smith found his passion for litigation while working for a law firm which served as national counsel for several large corporations possessing significant historical asbestos liability exposure. There he participated in the administration of over one hundred thousand lawsuits scattered across the United States. Mr. Smith went on to attend law school at the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. After earning his law degree, he and his family put down roots in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
As a litigator, Mr. Smith provides capable representation to his clientele with a combination of precise legal writing and effective rhetoric to achieve positive results for his clients, both inside and outside of the courtroom. He practices in a variety of areas of law, with a focus in employment law and general civil litigation.
