Jody Jamison is a native Texan and a graduate of both Baylor University and Baylor Law School. After graduating from Baylor Law School, she joined a commercial litigation boutique in 1994. She was a partner in the litigation section and tried many high stakes, bet-the-company cases for Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States.
As a scientist, Jody qualified to sit for the US Patent & Trademark Office exam. Upon successfully taking the USPTO exam in 2001, she is now a registered patent attorney. She enjoys working with inventors and representing companies in patent, trademark and copywrite disputes.
As a trial attorney who has tried cases throughout Texas, Jody knows the Texas courts well and is ready to litigate your case.
In her spare time, Jody enjoys golf, investing, and reading.
