Chris assists with the preparation of cases for trial including Daubert motions for experts, motions in limine, jury charges, and other trial motions that can make or break a case. Chris also handles interlocutory appeals and mandamus proceedings from unfavorable rulings in the trial court. Chris further handles traditional appeals to state Courts of Appeals throughout Texas, the Texas Supreme Court, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition, Chris prepares coverage opinions and handles coverage litigation in state and federal courts on behalf of insurers, insured, and claimants.
