Biography

Caleb McKee was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Caleb attended Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in business administration as well as his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in business administration. Caleb obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

While in law school, Caleb learned the incalculable value of zealously defending his clients through his work with the Tulsa County Public Defender's Office. Caleb also gained seminal training and experience working with a criminal law barrister while studying abroad in Dublin, Ireland.

Caleb is admitted to practice law in Oklahoma as well as Texas. Upon admission in Oklahoma, Caleb served as a staff attorney for the Honorable Linda G. Morrissey of the 14th Judicial District of Oklahoma. While serving as Judge Morrissey's staff attorney, Caleb researched and wrote lengthy memorandums of law on literally thousands of civil litigation topics including catastrophic injury, products liability, trucking accidents, insurance coverages, employment law issues, legal and medical malpractice matters, class action litigation, opioid litigation, complex tort litigation issues, and shareholder derivative suits along with other corporate law matters. Prior to joining the firm, Caleb also litigated several civil matters and conducted both criminal and appellate motion practice. Caleb's current practice is devoted to litigation in multiple practice areas as a Partner at Holden Litigation.
